We bought 3 of these for our church. We have a small stage, and we try to make our setup as flexible as we can. We have them mounted to the ceiling. These little lights are amazing. They are really bright. The beam is what I would call a narrow flood light. It's narrow enough to light a single portion of our stage, but wide enough to light an entire person.
The first set of these I ordered, one of the lights wasn't working. I sent it in under warranty and had it back and working in about two weeks. I love them so much I ended up ordering two more sets! They come with 6' power cables, and 6' dmx cables already in the side pockets of the bag!
These set up quickly. Professional look and feel to the units. Very flexible as plug and play instruments. Not quite as bright as some LED fixtures. Better used facing towards an audience as an uplight or a kicker. Fixtures certainly look good in operation.
I was very leary of a moving head light at this price, but decided to try one and see how it worked. I am thrilled with this little gadget. I have spent about an hour with it and did some programming on my board.
