Q: At present, what is the composition of the Yongnian laser business?
A: Yongnian Laser's main business is metal 3D printing green laser pointer equipment, which is mainly divided into two aspects, one is laser melting (SLM) equipment, and the other is laser repair, which includes laser cladding and laser cleaning. At present, there are a large number of products that need to be cleaned after oxidation, and there are many products that have a large amount of rust after a long time, and the laser removes the rust and oxidized surface.
Q: These two businesses, which is the main source of revenue?
A: At present, the revenue of SLM equipment is dominant.
Q: Before the Yongnian laser was also doing heavy equipment, what is the connection between heavy equipment and 3D printing?
A: Usually we make a 10 ton component, but the blank may need 50 to 60 tons. After repeated processing, we get the parts we need, and our current idea is to make a shape close to the part with 3D printing technology. A blank is then forged by heavy equipment to finally get the part. It is to replace the complicated steps in the previous stage with 3D printing. There are only two steps left. The first step is to make the blank in 3D printing, and the second step is to forge heavy equipment.
Q: Yongnian Laser recently introduced two new 3D printers. What kind of upgrades do these two printers have?
A: We launched the metal 3D printers of YLM-328 and YLM-T150 this year. Both of these are SLM metal 3D printers. These two devices use our new patented technology to optimize the powdering speed and powder feeding method, and the printing efficiency has been greatly improved. Our goal is to provide customers with higher precision, higher efficiency and larger size 3D printing equipment.
Q: We have seen that Yongnian Laser's 3D printers are also widely used in the field of dentistry.
A: Yes, in 2016, we developed a YLM-120 metal 3D printer, which is specially used for oral medical treatment. After the equipment was put on the market, it has achieved good results in sales.
