Summary of troubleshooting methods Laser Engraver

Holmium laser engraving is a engraving method that uses a high-energy-density laser to locally irradiate a workpiece, vaporize the surface material or cause a chemical reaction that changes color, leaving a permanent mark. It has no contact with the material at all. The material is hard or soft and does not hinder the speed of engraving. Therefore, Laser Engraver technology is one of the biggest application fields of laser processing. The engraving speed is the same whether you use this carving knife to sculpt on hard materials or soft materials. If it cooperates with a computer to control the movement of the laser beam, the engraving can also be automated. Put the pattern to be engraved on the photoelectric scanner. After the signal output by the scanner is processed by the computer and used to control the movement of the laser beam, it can be automatically carved on wooden boards, glass and leather according to our drawings. The faults and solutions of common CNC laser engraving machines are introduced as follows:

First, the laser head does not emit light

1. Press the test key on the operation panel to check the status of the ammeter:

①No current: check whether the laser power is on, whether the high-voltage line is loose or detached, and whether the signal line is loose;

② There is current: check whether the lens is broken and whether the optical path is severely shifted;

2. Check whether the water circulation system is normal:

①No water flow: check whether the water pump is damaged or no power;

② Water flow: check whether the water inlet and outlet are connected reversely or the water pipe is broken;

3, can fire, can self-test, send data does not glow (check whether the computer settings are correct)

Twenty-two, different shades or deep cuts

1. Check whether the water flow in the water circulation system is smooth (bent water pipes or broken water pipes);

2, check whether the focal length is normal (recalibration);

3. Check whether the optical path is normal (recalibrate);

4. Check whether the paper on the plate is too thick and the water is too much (re-correct);

5. Check whether the beams are parallel (adjust the two belts);

6. Check whether the lens is broken (replace);

7. Check whether the lens or the emitting end of the laser tube is contaminated (re-clean);

8. Check if the water temperature is higher than 30 ℃ (replace the circulating water);

9. Check if the Laser Engraver laser head or focusing lens is loose (intensify);

10. Laser current light intensity must reach 8mA;

11. Laser tube aging (replacement: no charge during warranty period)
