Seller shipped unit in a timely manner. Unit arrived without any damage. I was disappointed to open the package and find absolutely no instructions or documentation. My unit shipped with the battery installed backwards, but I didn't know that the battery must be installed exactly the opposite of every flashlight that I've ever owned. Again, no instructions included with item. Tried charging the battery, but charger was flashing red. Most chargers this means the battery is no good. Apparently flashing red is a normal condition with this charger. Did I mention there were no instructions? Finally the light on the battery charger turned solid green, meaning that the battery was charged. I reversed the battery so the positive end is at the cap where the key is inserted and the laser worked. An unnecessarily frustrating experience which could have been completely avoided with a simple set of instructions.
