Five stars, received software before I received the laser. Great customer service for sure. Every email I sent was replied to right away. The build instructions are a video. I found it easy to use my cell phone and pause video between steps, just do not get ahead of your self. Build only after what you see don't assume next steps. I built mine in about 3 hours taking short breaks. It works great also.

When I opened the box and saw all the little pieces I was a little nervous at first, but I just looked at the photo's and took my time and put it together. about 4 hours. It was kinda fun in a way. I do agree that the software could be better, but it all depends on how and what you want to use it for. I love the size, and it's very rugged, does't look like a toy like some of them, I did have a few problems in the begging, be sure you have it set to 2000mw in the software settings or you could burn the laser head up. The big question is would I buy it again? The answer is yes, I have a creative side and this suits my needs just fine and the wife loves what I create.

When my package was delayed at customs the company was very quick to respond and deal with the issue. I still received it within my original expected arrival time. Set up was fairly simple and took us about 2.5 hrs. The software is basic and took little time to get used too. Overall I am very pleased with the quality it is producing. Great little gadget.
